Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, registering for, or using Pranayini ("App", "Platform", "Service"), you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Community Guidelines, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register or use Pranayini.
• You must be legally permitted to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You may not use the App if you have been previously banned or removed by Pranayini.
• You may not use the App on behalf of another person without their explicit consent.

Account Registration & Security

• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account at pranayiniapp@gmail.com.
• Creating fake or misleading profiles is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

Video & Audio Calls — Specific Rules

Pranayini enables real-time video and audio calls between matched users. By using this feature, you agree to the following:

• You will not record, screenshot, or capture any portion of a video or audio call without the express written consent of the other participant.
• You will not engage in or display nudity, sexual acts, violence, or hate speech during a call.
• You will not solicit money, gifts, or financial information from another user during a call.
• You will not use calls to intimidate, harass, stalk, or threaten other users.
• You acknowledge that calls may be flagged and reviewed by our Trust & Safety team if reported.
• Violations during calls may result in immediate call termination, temporary suspension, or permanent ban.

Community Guidelines & Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post fake, misleading, or impersonating profiles
• Upload photos or content that are not yours or that you do not have rights to use
• Harass, bully, threaten, or demean any other user
• Solicit or engage in any commercial activity, escort services, or prostitution
• Share sexually explicit content (unless within explicitly designated, age-verified premium features)
• Post content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence against any group
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to interact with the platform
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or gain unauthorised access to the App or its infrastructure
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

Subscriptions & Payments

• Pranayini offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid features are described within the App.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.
• All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law.
• Refunds are governed by the App Store (Apple) or Google Play Store (Google) refund policies.
• Pranayini reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
• In-app purchases such as "Super Likes" or virtual gifts are non-refundable once consumed.

Intellectual Property

All content created by Pranayini — including the App design, logo, graphics, text, code, and UI elements — is the intellectual property of Pranayini IT Services and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

By submitting content (photos, bio text, etc.) to the App, you grant Pranayini a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• Pranayini does not conduct background checks on users. You are solely responsible for exercising caution when meeting people online or in person.
• Pranayini is not responsible for the conduct, online or offline, of any user.
• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pranayini's aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Pranayini in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Termination

Pranayini reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms, Community Guidelines, or applicable law. You may terminate your account at any time as described in our Deletion Policy.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual negotiation. Unresolved disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in [Your City], India. Courts of [Your City] shall have exclusive jurisdiction for matters not subject to arbitration.

Reporting & Trust & Safety

Pranayini has a zero-tolerance policy for abuse. If you encounter harmful content or behaviour:

• Use the in-app Report button on any profile or during a call

• All reports are reviewed within 24–48 hours
